Signature
Option
Most email programs allow you to create one or more
"signatures" that will automatically appear at the
end of all emails you send. It's a good idea to
use the signature option to guarantee that your
emails contain full contact information (email address,
your full name, company name, telephone number,
fax number, website address, etc.). Be careful about
using email signatures to add "personalized" touches
such as quotes, poetry, jokes, etc. These only make
your emails longer and more time-consuming to download,
which can become annoying.
