• Urgent flag

In some programs, using this feature will cause your email message to "jump the queue" and go to the top of the list of emails in the recipient's in-box; or it may only mark the message as "Urgent" in the subject line and/or other header information. Be careful not to "cry wolf" by overusing this feature. It is extremely annoying to open an "urgent" email message only to discover that is either completely routine or something that could easily wait for a day or more.
