Copying
is used to copy text entries and numeric entries.
When we copy text entries, the contents of the source
and target range remains the same. However when we
copy numbers, the values may or may not be duplicated
as they could be result of calculations.
Sometimes we may not find it necessary to copy the
contents of entire cells. We may want to reorganize
the worksheet by moving them to a different location
in worksheet. This process is also termed as Cutting
and Pasting.

To Move & Copy perform the following steps:
· Select the cell or cell range to be copied/moved.
· Activate Copy/Cut from the Edit menu.
· Choose the upper left cell of destination area.
· Choose Paste from menu to copy/move data from Clipboard.
