To
get the information of the page you are currently
working, go to page-setup option, where you can define
margins, header, footer, printable area, etc. To change
the page settings go to file menu and click
Page Setup and you will get the following figure

Page
setup windows is provided with four tabs :
Page
tab:
·
Orientation : Here you can change the page orientation
to Portrait or Landscape.
·
Scalling : Here you can change the scalling of your
page whether it should be percentage-wise or fit to
page wise.
·
Page size : Here you can define the size of the paper
that you will use for printing.
·
Print quality : It defines the resolution of
the page.
Margins
tab:
Margins
determine the distance between the text and the edge
of the paper. Excel generally prints the text and
graphics inside the margins, while header, footers
and page numbers are printed in the margins.To set
page margins for one sheet, click the worksheet tab
present at the lower end.

On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click
the Margins tab.

In the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right boxes, enter the
margin size you want.

To see how the page margins will affect the printed
document, click Print Preview button before
the document is printed. To adjust the margins in
print preview, click Margins, and then drag
the handles.
Header/
Footer Tab : Header and footer define the text
that will appear on each and every page in the header
and footer area. Click on the Custom Header or Footer
to add new header or footer

Sheet
Tab : This tab enable you to setting related to
printing such as whether the gridlines has to be printed
or not, what will be the order of the pages, where
the comments should appear on the pages etc.
Printable
area: This defines the area that will printed.
