Updating a Document

If you have already saved a document once and have made changes to that document, you just need to update it to save the changes. Again, there are two methods to update a document:

¨ First method:

a) Click save toolbar button located on the toolbar

b) Excel will automatically save your document under the same file name.

¨ Second method:

· Click the File menu..

· Select the Save option.

· EXCEL will automatically save your document under the same file name
