· Click the range of the formula or data to be copied.
· Simultaneously, press the CTRL and C keys. The selected range is marked by a flashing dotted line.
· Move the cursor to the location to which you want to copy the information. You can click a single cell or a range of cells using the CTRL or SHIFT keys.
· Press the ENTER key, or simultaneously press the CTRL and V keys.
Using one of these methods, select the formulas found in cells C3 and D3 and copy them to cells C4 to D7.
