Views
: View
is a set of display and print settings. Views determines
the way in which your worksheet will be displayed
to you. The views available in MS- Excel are :

Normal view The default. It’s best for on-screen
viewing and working.
·
Print preview Shows you the printed page and
lets you easily adjust columns and margins.
·
Page break preview Shows you what data will
go on each page and lets you quickly adjust the print
area and page breaks.
You
can also create your own view. These types of views
are known as Custom views. You can define sets
of particular display and print settings and save
them as views. Then you can switch to any of the views
whenever you want to display or print the workbook
in a different way.
To
create your own view

First define sets of particular display and print
settings
·
Point View --> Custom View .Now click the
Add button.

Give the name for this custom view in the Add view
window and click OK button.
If
you want to swich to different custom views that
you have created.
·Point
View -> Custom View .Now select the view from
the list and click Show button
