¨ Change the way text looks
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. On the Format menu, click Font. 
3. Select the options you want. 
Tip To save your changes as the default for new text, select the Default for new objects check box.
¨ Make text a specific size
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. In the Font Size box , click the point size you want. 
¨ Make text larger
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. Click Increase Font Size tool button. 
¨ Make text smaller
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. Click Decrease Font Size tool button. 
¨ Make text bold
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. Click Bold tool button.
¨ Make text italic
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. Click Italic tool button. 
¨ Underline text
1. Select the text you want to underline.
2. Click Underline  
tool button. 
¨ Change text color button.
3. To change the text color back to its default, click Automatic. 
4. To change to a color in the color scheme, click one of the eight colors below Automatic. 
5. To change to a color that isn’t in the color scheme, click More Font Colors. Click the color you want on the Standard tab, or click the Custom tab to mix your own color, and then click OK.
¨ Copy only the look and style of text
1. Select the text that has the style you want to copy.
2. Click Format Painter tool button, and then select the text you want to apply the formatting to. 
Note You can’t copy the font and font size on text created by the Insert WordArt tool on the Drawing toolbar.
¨ Cancel or undo an action
1. If you use made change that you dont want to use.
2. Click the arrow next to Undo to see the most recent actions you can undo. You can scroll to see more actions.
3. Click the action you want to undo. 
4. When you undo an action, you also undo all actions listed above it.
Tip If you change your mind after you click Undo, you can click Redo
to restore the action.
¨ Center the lines in a paragraph
In the slide pane, select the text you want to center.
Click Center Alignment ¨ Left align a paragraph
In the slide pane, click the text you want to left align.
Click Left Alignment  
¨ Right align a paragraph
In the slide pane, select the text you want to right align.
Click Right Alignment
¨ Justify a paragraph In the slide pane, select the text you want to justify.
On the Format menu, point to Alignment, and then click Justify  .
