Use shortcut menus
1.
Select the object you want to use a shortcut menu
for.
2. Right-click the object, and then click a command
on the shortcut menu.
¨ Customize a shortcut menu
You can’t add, delete, or reset a shortcut menu
in Microsoft PowerPoint. However, you can modify a
command image, rename a command, display an icon and
text for a command, and move or copy commands to or
from a shortcut menu just as you can for any other
menu in PowerPoint.
1. On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click
the Toolbars tab.

Select the Shortcut Menus check box.

Do one of the following:
To delete a command from a shortcut menu, click a
category on the Shortcut Menu toolbar, and then click
the shortcut menu that contains the command. Drag
the command off the menu.
To add a command to a shortcut menu, click a category
on the Shortcut Menu toolbar, and then click the shortcut
menu you want to modify. In the Customize dialog box,
click the Commands tab. In the Categories box, click
a category for the command. Drag the command from
the Commands box to where you want it to appear on
the shortcut menu.
