Assuming you are familiar with the Windows environment and that you have access to the PowerPoint group of applications, click on the Microsoft PowerPoint icon
On the first screen there are four options: 
· AutoContent Wizard: Guides you in creating a presentation from predetermined templates. You can also choose from an assortment of output options. For example, on-screen, overheads or 35mm slides.
· Template: Allows you to choose from a number of backgrounds. 
· Blank Presentation: Allows you to create a presentation without using templates; you can be as creative as you like. 
· Open an Existing Presentation: Allows you to use an existing presentation.
