A
standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper has margins set by
default. These margins are 1 inch wide on the left
and on the right. There is also a 1 inch margin, or
6 lines, at the top and bottom of the page. A standard
sheet has 66 lines (11 inches x 6 lines).
To
modify the default margins, follow these steps:

Select
Page Setup... in the File menu.
The following dialogue box will appear:

Use
the arrows to set the margins or enter the
desired value in the Top, Bottom,
Left and Right boxes.

To
apply the new margins, click on OK.
