Updating a Document

If you have already saved a document once and have made changes to it, all you have to do is update it to save the changes. Again, there are two methods you can use. Here they are:

First method:

a)

Click on this button .

b)

WORD automatically saves your document under the same name.

Second method:

a)

Click on the File menu.

b)

Select the Save/ option.

c)

WORD automatically saves your document under the same name.
